Itinerary:

Embark on a memorable day trip to the vibrant city of Casablanca from Marrakech. Begin your adventure by meeting your driver early in the morning (at 8:00 AM) at your hotel or Riad in Marrakech. From there, you’ll embark on a leisurely two-and-a-half-hour journey to Casablanca on the highway, passing through the Ferile Gharb Plains. Along the way, you’ll stop at a Halfway Station for a break before continuing on to the bustling city of Casablanca.

As soon as you arrive in Casablanca, you’ll be taken to see the best attractions the city has to offer, starting with the magnificent Hassan II Mosque. This stunning mosque is one of the biggest in Africa, with a capacity of 105,000 worshipers. It sits dramatically overlooking the ocean and took six years to build. French architect Michel Pinseau designed it, and King Hassan II partially funded the project, with the remaining funds raised through a contentious public subscription process.

After visiting the mosque, your next stop will be the Casablanca Corniche, located in the beachfront district of Ain Diab. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a leisurely stroll along the beach, sip some mint tea at a nearby cafe, and take in the vibrant atmosphere of the city. The Corniche is renowned for its hip hotels, restaurants, cafes, and nightclubs, making it a popular spot for both locals and tourists alike.
