DAY 1: FES TO MERZOUGA VIA IFRANE, AZROU AND MIDELT

Embark on an unforgettable 3 days desert tour of Morocco, starting with a comfortable air-conditioned car ride from your riad/hotel in Fes to the picturesque town of Merzouga. Along the way, you’ll be treated to breathtaking mountainous landscapes, small towns, ancient ruins, and Berber villages that showcase the rich culture and history of Morocco.

Our first stop is Ifrane, known as the “Switzerland of Morocco” for its pristine environment. Explore both the old and modern town before we continue our scenic drive to Azrou. Here, we’ll tour the cedar forest and interact with the friendly monkey troops before indulging in a traditional Moroccan lunch in Midelt. Arriving at Merzouga, prepare for a unique camel ride across giant dunes while admiring the sunset and experiencing the serenity of the desert. Spend the night at a traditional Berber nomad camp, enjoying Berber music and dancing around the campfire before retiring under a blanket of stars. DAY 2: MERZOUGA TO TODRA GORGE TOUR

After the camel ride back to your hotel, we’ll continue our journey to Todra Gorge. As we drive towards the gorge, enjoy the spectacular views of the landscape. Upon arrival, you’ll be amazed by the massive 400-meter-deep canyons. We’ll explore the Todra Valley and tour the oases along the way, taking a leisurely hike through the Todra River Gorge. Don’t forget to take plenty of pictures!

We’ll stop for lunch at a local restaurant serving delicious traditional cuisine. After lunch, we’ll visit the riverside gardens and Berber villages. In the evening, we’ll witness another spectacular sunset before retiring for the night at your riad/hotel. DAY 3: FROM OUARZAZATE TO MARRAKECH VIA AIT BENHADDOU

After a fulfilling breakfast at your riad/hotel, we will depart Todra Gorge and make our way towards Ouarzazate, a city with a fascinating blend of modern and traditional architecture. On our journey, we will stop to capture breathtaking panoramic views of Dadès Valley and take photos at Tinghir and Imeder towns. Upon reaching Ouarzazate, we will visit the historic Kasbahs of Taourirt and Tifoultoute, along with the Atlas Film Studios and Main Square. Next, we will embark on a road trip to Ait Benhaddou, a village hosting the most famous Kasbah in Morocco – the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou. The village is over 1200 years old and boasts ancient structures that are still well-preserved. We will explore the village’s passageways, which will transport you to an ancient era.

Before heading to Marrakech, we will visit other villages to experience the local tribes’ cultures. The final leg of the tour is a scenic drive to Marrakech through the High Atlas Mountains and Tizi n’Tichka pass. Along the way, we will stop for several photo opportunities to capture the picturesque snow-capped peaks and the stunning views of Tizi n’Tichka pass. As we reach Marrakech, our 3 days tour from Fes to Marrakech comes to an end. Our driver will drop you off at your riad/hotel, marking the end of an incredible journey.
