Day 1: Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah – Ouarzazate – Dades Valley

Your journey takes you across the majestic Atlas Mountains via the Tizi N’tichka pass, perched at an elevation of 2260 meters above sea level. Then, immerse yourself in the city center, where a picturesque view of the Taourirt Kasbah, a renowned fortified residence, awaits.

Your journey proceeds to Kalaa M’gouna and Boumalne Dades, where you will spend the night at a hotel, complete with a delectable dinner. This marks just the commencement of your captivating desert exploration.

Day 2: Dades Gorges – Todra Gorges – Merzouga Desert

After a satisfying breakfast, your journey continues towards Tinghir, passing through Boumalne de Dades to capture the panoramic beauty of Dades Valley.

Proceeding to Todra Gorges via Imider and Tinghir, you will have scenic stops along the way. In Todra Gorges, explore the dramatic canyon landscapes and narrow valleys.

Travel to Tinjdad for a lunch break, then head to Erfoud, renowned for fossil craftsmanship. From there, you will reach the captivating Merzouga Dunes, known as Erg Chebbi.

At the dunes, go on a camel trek for an hour and a half, guided solely by the camel’s footsteps. Arriving at the campsite, witness a breathtaking desert sunset.

Enjoy dinner and campfire entertainment with Berber drumming under the starry desert sky in your well-appointed desert camp.

Day 3: Merzouga Sightseeing

Day 4: Merzouga Desert – Ziz Valley – Midelt – Azrou – Ifrane – Fes

After a fulfilling breakfast, the final day of our 4 days tour from Marrakech to Fes takes us north, leading through the extensive Tafilalet palm grove, the largest in the country, with thousands of palm trees extending over 20 kilometers. We’ll pause at the Ziz Valley, the life source of this lush palm grove, treating you to a breathtaking panoramic view of the valley and the town of Aoufous.

Our journey continues with another stop in the city of Midelt, nestled in the heart of the Atlas Mountains. Here, you will have free time for lunch and relaxation. In the afternoon, we will pass through the Cedar forest of Azrou, a place where you might spot some Barbary Apes along the road.

Next, we will visit Ifrane, a city perched at 1630 meters above sea level on the northwestern slope of the Middle Atlas. Its broad avenues, impeccable cleanliness, abundant green spaces, gardens, and distinctive architecture lend it the appearance of a Swiss town, earning it the endearing nickname (the Moroccan Switzerland). Ifrane even boasts a prominent ski resort, Michlifen.
